Well, I resisted the peer pressure and temptation of alcohol once again this weekend. This was a tough one because we had a baseball tournament this weekend, but I did it. I am not opposed to drinking, but when you are on a diet and have to make a choice between a few beers, which will easily push 300 calories or more, or much need nutrients (food), well the smart choice would be food. I will save those few beers as a reward to when I reach my ultimate goal. I did cheat this weekend, went to the mall and had Chinese food, Teriyaki Chicken and Fried Rice, probably was not the smartest choice, I should have just ate a salad. I probably under estimated the calories as well, but I think I still ended up in the negative.
