it's infuriating. what works for me one day, doesn't work for me the next.
Decided yesterday to embark on LCHF, had a great breakfast, good lunch and bullet coffee for supper. didn't feel any need to eat in the evening. Thought I had a good plan. Keto strip showed that I was in a ketosis state.
did a repeat performance today.
Tonight, I can't stop thinking about eating.
what gives? same person, same formula, why is it so different tonight?
