Hello Ash Wednesday! For Lent I have given up 1) Sweets 2) Junk food 3) All food that can be delivered or ordered from a drive through.
Also I think I should cut down on the chocolate milk. Over half my calories are from it so far today! I'll start that tomorrow.
This has been attempted the last 2 years... formerly known as no snacks before Macs. I wasn't able to complete it but this year I will for sure!
Also I am going to go to church on Sundays and record everything in FAT SECRET!
