Cheat night. going to have a carb re-feed tonight and try to keep the fat low. got some nigiri sushi (6 pieces) and some chocolate meringue cookies with no fat. wife gonna make a salmon salad with some sort of corn bread cakes. I have some prosecco and if I really want later can get some frozen yogurt. its like cheat night but careful selection of cheat items. yay.
sounds like a boring cheat night eh?
then back to ultra low carb in morning.
