Booyah. The incremental weight loss is especially encouraging because the light hit me just right this afternoon and showed me a double chin with a few thick black bristles sticking out of it. I'm aware that that's just the shape and texture of my face and it's not going to change much with the numbers on the scale, but I'm on track and my goal is in sight.
I had a migraine, overslept tremendously, wrestled with technology, inadvertently fasted until late afternoon, had Fuddruckers, circled an airport in another state half a dozen times, and drove a sick man, an anxious woman, and an incorrigible backseat driver across the Sierra Nevadas. Somehow I didn't find time to exercise, but I was really good about that the rest of the week. I'm confident I can hit the weights tomorrow with renewed vigor.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
