Well,
my wife ordered Green Chef paleo meals. they tend to have more meat, and no grains versus some of the other meal plans. Today she made Cod croquettes. It looked like a very low carb meal till i looked it up. 47 carbs per serving (11g were fiber).

I ate it like a good boy, but really wanted less carbs at lunch.
