Brought my calorie count down to 1200/day, 6 days a week. Seems to have jump-started my weight loss again, along with not eating ANYTHING I want on Saturdays. On Saturdays now, I practice eyeballing the basic calorie count, then try not to go over 1750. This coming up weekend is our 23rd anniversary, so I'll likely go over that count. But I'm choosing lobster, so maybe I wont. ;)
