I've regained control over my health :)
I'm participating in the Herbalife Challenge.
I'm not using Herbalife but I am using Lean Shake 25 meal replacement. I drink water consistently throughout the day. For someone like me that doesn't eat often, this challenge is very easy to follow.
Also, Birthday is next Saturday!!!! I'm hoping to get to at least 238.
