Hey, guys!

I've regained control over my health :)

I'm participating in the Herbalife Challenge.

I'm not using Herbalife but I am using Lean Shake 25 meal replacement. I drink water consistently throughout the day. For someone like me that doesn't eat often, this challenge is very easy to follow.

Also, Birthday is next Saturday!!!! I'm hoping to get to at least 238.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, guys! I'm battling a summer cold. I've increased my liquor intake for the summer so it's a slight challenge losing the weight. I really wish I could find a workout partner in my area that has similar goals as me. I'm a great motivator but I too could use a little push.
