been eating everyday! mostly chicken breasts and pork. Grilled or cooked nepali style in the frying pan with just a bit of olive oil and veggies. trying to drink more water and less juice, milk, pop. I drank to 3 glasses of milk one day last week :( maybe one small one a day would be better..
