My valentine's gift today was losing another pound. I'm happy to see that this week has been so far a success with weight watchers. When I started my weight loss journey a month ago I wasn't sure if I would have the will power to even get started let alone keep to it to see some progress. Back then I was 184lbs and now I'm 169.
I'm slowly crawling my way over to my idea weight for my body type and it makes me very happy. I've been following my plan religiously, I calculate points, and I find myself on average out of the 24 points I had eating under the limit at around 15-20 range, not to starve myself but just because I was not hungry or felt it was a lot of food.
On top of that my goal jeans are feeling less and less tighter when I fight to put them over my hips (I'll keep dreaming of those pants!) and my stretch marks? They're no longer red and starting to heal over thankfully. I could care less if they are white, as long as they're not red and noticeable.
Ultimately by the summer I would like to reach my goal if I could but for now with my progress I'm extremely pleased.
