Most days I do fine on my 1300 cal./day diet. And then comes Saturday. Oink. I think that maybe it's the 'free' Sat. that's sabotaging my diet success. From now on, I'm really gonna try to not go overboard in the evenings. I'm so sick of seeing my weight sit still /go up 1 lb. for months and months on end. *sigh* On this diet for more than 3.5 years, now. My life feels like a diet. >.<
