Whoooo--2 big time cheat day in the food dept. Church bbq food (plus leftovers, including yummy bbq chicken and pie), beer last night , plus hosting Father's Day breakfast made for some not so good food choices. Still not compulsively eating..but not telling myself no eighter. Back on track tomorrow.

Same here on the cheat day. Father's Day brunch was huge, so I skipped lunch, but italian for dinner was not much better. At least I skipped dessert. :) Back on track today, packed all my food for work and I am going to end today well under my calorie limit.
