so i finally got my butt to the gym (like i said i was going to do since january!!!) i have been paying for a membership and haven't had the motivation to go... so today i did it. the sad part, i used their scale and it had me at around 149. which was a little disheartening considering my scale at home has me at 146 or so...

now i just have to keep the momentum... spring break canoe trip is in 6 weeks and i want to wear a pair of shorts by then! seeing that 149 is pretty good motivation to want to keep going, i am hoping to be down to at least 135 by the trip...
