My center made out a sheet with many common Thanksgiving foods, and what they equal in the plan. I don't know if it was a specific center thing, or a company wide thing. If anyone wants a copy, I'll try to remember to bring it to work tomorrow, scan it in, and email it out. Or just you know what something equals, diet wise. I just don't have it with me today.

If not, I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving weekend! I'm sure I'll be on here a time or two.

Oh yeah, diet wise, I'm doing pretty good. I've been working out more, noticing changes in how my clothes fit, but not losing tons of weight. I am following the diet about 99.8% of the time, and should start dropping the weight again soon. Though I think its about time for TOM, so it might be a week or so. I haven't lost my motivation though! I'm being good today and skipping the company potluck. I knew that I wouldn't be able to eat anything that everyone brought, so I just opted out.. Those cocktail weenies wrapped in bacon and soaked in bbq sauce looked super good though!

I got one at my center this morning as well. It's not the actual Thanksgiving meal I am concerned about, rather the entire week. I do think though that we will be eating most of our meals at home and I will stop by the grocery store on my way there to get the specific foods I need. Already have all my dry goods togehter. You would think i am going on a month long trip. Good thing I have a large trunk!!!
