93 days since a weigh in. fasted all day yesterday (36 hrs total it sucks). starting again. will weigh in tomorrow then 24 hour fast.
Man I can fast 24 hours anytime but going to bed hungry on a 36 hr was tough for me. I was a total jerk to my wife this morning...feeling very low. got to get past this low carb hump and back on the program.
