Last 3 days have been hard for watching numbers but I'm not doing too bad. We went to a parade Friday night in another town...ate at Zaxby's...(got their side salad with grilled chicken...lots of calories...etc. Yesterday was orientation and they paid for our lunch...the cantina had taco salads in HUGE tortilla bowls...I did not eat but a few very small bites of the shell...just ate the meat, lettuce, onions, tomatoes...Today we are going to a home coming in our old hometown 150 miles from us. We will be down there till about 8 PM tonight which means we will have to eat and hopefully not be hungry again before heading home tonight. I have plans on taking a picture of my plate today to remember what to put on my food log, I seriously doubt if those good ole' southern women that learned cooking from their mothers and grandmothers are going to watch Calories, carbs, fiber, sugar, fat, protein and sodium while cooking. lol
