I've lost about 11lbs in 10days on the keto eating life style. mostly water weight. I am eating about 15g of carbs a day and mostly fat and saturated fat usually from animals. sometimes coconut oil. keeping calories at around 1800 a day. the first few days were a little hard because I got the "keto flu" and felt really tired but that went pretty fast. my body doesn't feel like it depends on sugar anymore. I crave more salty and fatty foods.
