I have been using spark people for calorie counting for the past week and was not pleased because the database didnt include many of the foods i eat. After exploring some different apps I decided I will be using this one for the remainder of my dieting. I feel very motivated and was going to weigh in tomorrow, when I realized I can not remember where I put my scale. I hid it from myself because I was so disappointed in how much weight I gained and it was depressing. Now to buy a new scale this weekend.
