April 4th 2016 and one year Later..April 4th 2017....It can be done and Fat Secret was so very instrumental in my journey. I gave up my career in the corporate world and now am the club manager at my Local Anytime Fitness. I am also getting certified as a group fitness instructor.. DONT GIVE UP ON YOUR GOALS!!

You look AWSOME!!! I just started back again. 3 yrs. ago I lost 45. Never gained it back. Yo-yoed by 1 to 5 lbs. Now a new beginning at 57 yrs. want and will drop 45 more. 10 down, 35 to go! Thanks for sharing, makes me feel stronger to pull through and make it.

I used to be 97kgs. 5.10 height. I tried many supplements but i couldnt able to lose anything. And i tried some diet named HCG (only 1000 cal per day) And i lost only 10kgs in 3 months.. Still i wanted to lose 20kgs. please help me. btw, i cannot do workouts. I had knee injury a year ago.

I dont need the HCG anymore.. I lost my original weight with it in 6 weeks.. back April of last year. Now I am powerlifting training so muscle weighs more than fat.My body composition has changed. But I need to drop down to my weight class. Fat secret helps me keep track of my caloric intake.
