I haven't been working out, but I have been eating better! I just keep forgetting to put it down on here lol. I found my old chart from high school, Healthy Habits Competition. It helped me get in shape then, and I'm hoping it'll help me now!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
