Well........I ate bad Friday night and a dessert on Saturday, but I lost a half a pound!! I have been really "Jones'n" for some bread and something sweet so I think that I am going to switch over to weight watchers for a while and see how it goes. I am still dieting and eating right, just trying to find out what works for me best. Wish me luck!!
