I have been sick with a head cold this last week. And a cold plus a diet was not in the cards. Starting to feel better. Starting fresh again today. At least I didn't gain any weight!

120.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
