Breakfast on the patio this am. It's a lovely day out. Basmati brown rice with almonds, mango, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom and coffee with my house made almond/pecan cinnamon creamer. My kitty Sol joined me for the bird action.
