Day 1
Mostly paperwork and general overview with Josh and Chris from P4L. We learned some excercise techniques on something that looked like a swing. Was only on it for about 5 min and when done, my thighs felt tighter. Can't wait til we get a full workout on Day 2. Will have to make out a grocery list tonight.
