So excited to start this. I really want to lose like 15 pounds before the summer. I have already started working out fairly frequently but I know I still need to add in some days. As far as food, well sometimes I just get frustrated because right now I am currently living with my parents (hey dont judge just graduated from college and it took a while to find a job, besides I still have a lil bit more debt that needs to be paid off before I go out on my own) and that just makes it harder to watch what I eat. I feel like I have less control, unlike when I was in my own place. It was so much easier bc I wouldn't even by foods that were bad for you so that there was no temptation at home. Now, however, I can find way to much junk food, and I find I Have such a hard time saying no. Hopefully looking at how bad what I am eating actually is will help me to be better at choosing my foods. Here is to reaching goals. :)
