wow. 4 .8 pounds lost in 5 days. im so happy! i love all the support i get from my family and friends. Oh and BTW! i walked into my grandma's kitchen tonight, and well, i saw brownies.... and i instantly thought "oh god. please please PLEASE help!!!" but i resisted by covering my nose and walking out. I DID SO GOOD! :D well. time for bed now. ill talk to everyone later!
