I have been eating slightly less and been quite stressed recently, but despite that have managed to keep up quite well with the vegetables and pasta (had a lot of GF pasta recently and variations thereof) yum.
I have had quite a few snacks as well and cravings. But i know its due to the stress and that it wont last too long. Im just focusing on trying to chill at the minute but should be much better in a week or two. Definitely by the next time i weigh in, hopefully. Had to miss dance this week which i was extremely upset over but hopefully all will be well when i pick it back up again next week. Xx
I just wanted to say thanks to those who supported me in my last journal posts i didn't get a chance to respond earlier. But i wanted to let you know that i am greatful for that support, i only did this as a private thing and wasn't really expecting comments but they have cheered me up and helped a lot. I don't know if this thing would help anyone else.. but to anyone who is still struggling and fighting to lose or gain weight for better health then i say this "You can do it :) once started half done. Keep going! xx slow and steady wins the race."
