Got my bike out of storage. It's in slightly worse shape than I am, but it could become workable if I ride it every day and keep oiling the chain. Pigged out last night, very energetic and not hungry today, but Mom decided this was the day for veal cordon bleu and she's fragile right now. So I'm at this weird place where I feel overstuffed and also sort of hungry. Meh.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
