Hi. Love the dog pic. I read your bio and am with you 100%. A thought on making the lifestyle change - since you already know that you have this addiction you may be interested in checking out Bright Line Eating. It I feel has changed my life. It addresses the brain and the addictions some of us have with sugar and flour. The more i learn the more I know that this has been what I personally have struggled with for decades. I am on the path to health and as we always heard people say 'I've never felt better', I'VE never felt better!
