Today I started by eating a small breakfast. It wasn't the healthiest choice. A ham & cheese. I took a 2 mile walk at lunch then had a flatbread from subway and I felt full. I've been drinking plenty of water for the past week and no soda. I had a weight watchers meal fro dinner, which was actually satisfying and a banana for a late night snack.
