I was unable to get away from the bank today and ordered lunch in. I know one of my worse challenges is trying to make myself eat more regularly. I ate lunch so late in the day that I am not hungry for supper. I need to plan out my eating schedule better daily. I am going to try and do this starting on 01/12/2012.
