Today I fought with hunger all day. Hunger won. It's date night, so I had a few chips with some salsa and 2 tortillas. As a low carber I feel like I've violated a rule of some sort. To make matters worse this is my "fat week". Ladies know what I mean. I will not weigh in again until it's over.

Happens, I find the week b4 I'm more hungry. I build more in during that time so I don't binge.
