I am starting macros tomorrow.i used mfp for one year and lost 60 pounds but hit plateau and just got sick and tired of not eating anything good at all. it can't be an lifestyle if I can't live it forever. researched flexible eating counting macros and it looks like a lifestyle have 30 more to go so maybe this will work
