I am not going to following the diet strictly. I am going to get it to work for me. Got my books yesterday and went and got the flax seed oil and some flax seed meal for the long life cocktail. I also got a bottle of black currant seed oil. I am going to go through the cookbook and make the foods that I like whether it be phase 1 or 3. I have lost some weight already by not drinking alcohol and exercising. I do treadmill for 25 min. monday - friday in the morning and on monday and wednesday afternoon I go to the gym and do the bike for 45 min. On sat and sun I have been walking dog in the morning. I have limited my caffine from 2-3 cups a day to 1 cup a day mon-fri and then on the weekend have 2 cups in the morning. I do like drinking the cranberry water, I just pretend it's wine!!
