I've always thought in an either/or way around weight - well, around the way I feel about myself in relation to my weight and my eating behaviors. I thought I either had to love myself bigger, or torture myself to get smaller. Maybe this is obvious to everyone else, but I just realized I could love myself regardless of my weight and still want for me to practice healthy behaviors/choices.
