Another good day for me yesterday. Hit the treadmill after work and felt pretty good. I get winded at around the 20 minute mark, but am able to push through to the 30 minute mark, which is my current goal. I want to add situps after my run on cardio days, but I forgot last night. I ate clean and am looking forward to weight training tonight on lower body.
