Been sort of stagnant the past few days. I guess it's time to face the awful truth that I'm going to need to include a few days of cardio along with the weights. Plan is to do 3 days of cardio(2of those on non-weight days and one on a small muscle group day)and a 5 day split on weights. Let's see where that goes. I'm also going to break this down into a few mini goals with those being 270, 245, and 220 respectively. We're off and running.....no pun intended.
