Tonight is my carb nite, or cheat nite, whatever you want to call it. after I workout, going to have my shake (only on carb nite, not on LCHF), some grass fed chili on a big baked potato with a couple of cookies and a glass of champagne.
Tomorrow, back to LCHF, and some very low level cardio. woo woo.
