Hovering.... down almost another pound. Lowering the weight still very slowly and this is quite intentional as I teach myself how I am to live each day with monitoring my weight and eating habits on a 'back burner'. I remain conscientious about food portions, weighing in and exercising, but I am letting other interests consume me more. That feels good.
