It's so hot here. I never knew you can make ice cream by blending frozen bananas. It's wonderful. It makes something sinful into a healthy treat.
Tonight's ice cream was one frozen banana blended with a full teaspoon of peanut butter and served with a sprinkle of granola and dark chocolate chips.
Previous night I made a mint version.
Bananas are fast becoming a kitchen staple. I have also been using them to make cookies. Mashed bananas mixed with oats and hardened in the oven ...nom nom
