New Years Eve, went to dinner, stayed on track but, ate a piece of sliced baked potato with some kind of sauce? It was prepared in thin slices shape of a square with small amount of some type of sauce? I don't know what the heck it was? We were in a dime lit room, I thought it was a square of cabbage. It was GREAT! Before we went to dinner my keto stix read moderate, this a.m reading was small, so I still on track with skight weight gain. Happy New Year
