Got married this year. In the past three months I have been on 7 trips for business or pleasure eating whatever I wanted. time to buckle down.

Going to do ultra low carb with carb re-feeds when needed (earn your carbs). Thinking about incorporating a weekly intermitent fast, but not sure if I should maybe wait a week or more and get in to the diet then try it. wednesday (tomorrow) would be my key fasting day. Doing that during the year kept me from gaining, but the past thre months of trips,blew me up.

so many diets, soo many protocols. at least my wife is on board now.
