Ok..so i have been having many problems and have been trying to sort them out bit by bit. I stopped eating wheat (i already avoided milk) about a week ago as a friend pointed out what she thought were symptoms of a reaction to gluten. And hey.. alot of my issues disappeared and i feel far better then i have in a long time. The weight just started to drop as i felt i was able to be more active. my old energy is starting to come back. I have made the first steps towards healthy eating.. slowly bringing in fresh fruit and vegetables (like every few weeks introducing a new fruit evegetable to my routine..thats not too acidic mind.. like mangos, i found they make me feel sick.) and replacing or substitutiing certain things with something healthier or gluten free such as the bread, so the changes are not too drastic.
