After keeping on track with my IF time schedule and meals I felt happy enough to step on the scales today....I have obviously 'pulled it back' from the previous over-eating I documented, as I have still maintained the half stone loss from beginning my weight loss journey on here :) So I am a happy and relieved bunny right now, and even though I am travelling up north to stay at Charlie's today, I plan on sticking to IF and recording food intake.
