Anjian's Journal, 13 December 2016

Feeling really good following the IF 16:8 schedule with my meals. I am finding it easy not to eat until 2pm by keeping busy and drinking plenty of water.
Time seems to zoom by once Ian is home, and my 8pm curfew is working well for us both to eat evening meal together.

A new incentive which has appeared tonight is that we have booked our winter ski/sports holiday to the French Alps (L'Alpe d'Huez) - flying out from E.Midlands to Chambéry on Sat 4th March for a week !

Ian will be skiing for 6 days (mornings) and I will be partaking of as many winter sports as possible - there is an outdoor ice rink, dog sledding, snow mobiling (I would do this every day!!!) and snow shoe trips.

Researched the hotel and resort thoroughly (as I do) and I will be walking to an ice cave museum and relaxing in the hotel's spa and pool.

Plenty to do and see from the sounds of it, but of course I will want to look and feel confident in my thermals !
So a countdown chart will be constructed by me and total focus placed on losing as much weight as I can before we fly out!
