OK,
now I'm starting to get annoyed...
from a lowest of 206.5-7 I'm up and fluctuating between 216-220,
I admit there where times I've deviated a bit once on this maintenance routine but actually very damn little ( 'treat' once a week or so) but I've tightened up the routine in other areas, from experimenting in the beginning with precipices I'm settled into a 'usual' (over and over, day after day)and I've slipped out of weighing myself every morning (starting to feel it's pointless), even through the appetite suppressant the clinic has me on I feel a mental 'want' to east something (especially when home alone).

geez, I feel so pathetic, a one-man pity party (woohoo).

don't be so hard on yourself!!! we all slip and become comfortable in a routine. no reason to feel pathetic - you are human!!!!!

You may try IF. I have a 6 hour eat window and it's way easy to stick to.
