WOW I didn't think I had done that well 😊
time for a new mini goal because I have kept my weight below 100kg for some time now, a great confidence boost 😀
so my new mini goal is 95kg as soon as I can but really I want it before Christmas 😉
216.5 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
