I had a hectic training session yesterday... feel like I need to be 10kg lighter because of how stiff and sore I am today... look creatine so that might keep some water back and muscle is heavier than fat so let's hope its that...
162.5 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
