A week with almost no carbs. It's hard but I feel the difference. I'm such a sugar junkie, dry cereal, breads, pretzels and candy were my pick me ups. Haven't given up my fudgicle at night.... Don't think I want to! Maybe I'll try every other night next week. I plan on eating whatever I want for Xmas so I will not weigh in as usual on Monday! Going for.
