Made my calorie goal for today with 1 calorie to spare!! I really need to back off the nuts -- but they're so good and so easy to snack on! Started the morning with a work out and I plan to do the same thing tomorrow, which means an early night for me tonight! Tomorrow I get to start with a bigger breakfast, a true luxury! I have to be careful though, because my friend and I usually go out for ice cream before salsa class -- I'll either have to work my calories around that or try and get out of it (but i do love some delicious ice cream...)
